Harrington Hoists, Inc., has a fully-staffed Engineering Department that is structured in three sections to provide the customer with the best possible technical service and support. While each section specializes in specific types of support, they are cross-trained in each area and are all able to respond to customer requests.

Applications Engineers focus on new orders and customer inquiries before the sale. Responsibilities include recommending product for particular applications, processing orders and providing technical documentation for quotes.

Project Engineers are constantly looking for ways to modify or improve our existing product line and research new product possibilities. They build specifications for new products, design and create supporting product documents and recommend modifications for existing products.

Product Support Analysts concentrate on servicing the customer after-the-sale with installation instruction, trouble shooting advice, part identification, and warranty or product return assistance.
